Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period of withdrawal shall expire 14 days after the date on which you took possession of the last lot or part of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the last lot or part of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, i.e. Dariusz Chlebek, trading as ALIOLI Dariusz Chlebek, of your business address and correspondence address: Krzeczów 224, 32-433 Luben, e-mail address: sklep@alioli.pl, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

In order to respect the time limit for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send the information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the time limit for withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal.
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of shipping the goods if they were part of your purchase of the goods from us (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this Agreement. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for this reimbursement. We can hold off on the refund until we get the stuff.
Please return or deliver the item to ALIOLI Dariusz Chlebek, Krzeczów 224, 32-433 Luben , immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The time limit is maintained if you return the item before the 14 day deadline.
The costs of delivery of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer, i.e. the direct costs of returning the goods to the seller.
The right of withdrawal does not give the possibility to use the product free of charge. In accordance with the rules, if the returned product has been used to a greater extent than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the seller is entitled to charge the buyer the costs of depreciation.
In the case of the purchase of a product which, at the request of the customer, is sent abroad, the Seller shall reimburse the cost of the purchased item and the cost of the consignment corresponding to the standard means of delivery offered in Poland. Shipping abroad is a non-standard means of delivery and is not refundable in full.
The consumer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
