It's a single-layered baby cap in little moons that was made using a safe method of watercolor. It's made of pleasant-to-the-touch, certified Oeko-Tex cotton. We put a patch on the front that says BE BRAVE, and on the top there's a decorative bow tie. Our hat fits well to the head, but it doesn't crush it. It provides the child with adequate protection from the cold while walking. It'll work after a bath, too. The hat is the perfect complement to any style in the Dreamer collection. It's worth remembering when you're making a treat for your little one. The Dreamer hat, like all our clothing, is certified "Baby Safe".
