Happy Bowl, American brand EZPZ it's a cushion and a container all rolled into one, made of unique silicone.

The innovative silicone cushion is firmly attached to the table or other smooth surface on which you place it, so that a small child will not (almost certainly) be able to move or drop it. It is quite tall – almost 4 cm and makes it easy for the baby to learn to eat soup, pasta paste or other liquid meals on their own. Suitable for serving both hot and cold meals.
