How's the delivery process going?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and a link to the product you have ordered. Once the order has been accepted, we will start work on it and you will be kept updated on the progress of our work.
Date of receipt of the parcel = date of dispatch + delivery time
The shipping time depends mainly on the payment method you choose, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose.
Remember that! All the products that you are able to add to your cart in our store are available, so the order is fulfilled immediately!
We have our own warehouse for everything! We're not a drop-shipping store, which means we're not a middleman who picks up the goods until the customer places an order. When you place an order with us, you can be assured that the goods will leave our warehouse immediately, right into your hands!
Where payment by bank transfer is chosen, the time taken to receive the consignment shall be extended by the time taken to effect the transfer.
The courier visits us between 11:00 and 16:00 every weekday.
Remember that! The date of dispatch shall be expressed in hours during working days. Orders placed on a working day after 11:00, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays shall be executed on working days 48 hours after the start of the execution process.
The average delivery time for a courier package is around 24-48 hours, so you can have your package at your doorstep within two days at most from the time it leaves our warehouse.

Availability of products
We make every effort to add new or sold-out products to our website. All items that are 'available', i.e. add-on-able, reflect their actual stock status. We have all the products in stock, which also guarantees that we can ship the products to our customers immediately.
Please note that if you are unable to find an item you are interested in in our shop, we are at your disposal - you can ask us about the item using the "Ask about product" option available with each product.
Watch your back! Orders not paid within 7 days of purchase will be automatically cancelled.
